Join UMAGE as our new Regional Sales Manager – BENELUX

Are you passionate about Scandinavian design and ready to take your sales career to the next level? UMAGE is looking for a driven and talented Regional Sales Manager to lead our expansion in the Benelux region. This is a unique opportunity to represent a fast-growing Danish design brand in one of Europe’s most exciting markets.

As our Regional Sales Manager, you will be the face of UMAGE in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, working directly with retail and contract clients, as well as local agents and distributors. Your mission: grow the business, strengthen customer relationships, and bring our beautiful products into more spaces across the region.

You will report to our Sales Director, Retail & Contract, and should expect 60–100 travel days per year.

 

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Grow sales with existing customers and build strong relationships with new ones
  • Identify and develop new market opportunities across the BENELUX region
  • Create and execute an annual business plan aligned with sales targets
  • Actively scout new leads and evaluate opportunities based on UMAGE’s brand values
  • Promote new product launches and grow our product portfolio in the region
  • Represent UMAGE at trade fairs and industry events
  • Support key customers

 

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an experienced and hands-on Sales Manager with a strong track record in the design and lifestyle industry, ideally with both retail and contract market knowledge. You're proactive, structured, and thrive in an independent role while being a strong team player.

You have:

  • At least 3 years of relevant sales experience – ideally in an international or export-focused role
  • Strong commercial understanding of both the retail and contract markets
  • Excellent communication skills in English (negotiation level) – Dutch or Flemish is a plus
  • Based in the BENELUX region and a strong existing network
  • A solution-oriented mindset and a focus on building long-term relationships

Your success will be measured through your sales growth, customer satisfaction, and the strength of your local market presence.
